Ethan left Corellia for Alderaan and found himself a small job at an upstart swoopbike company and assisted them in the creations of new designs and gave them financial advice and dealt with most of their accounts. The years following saw him leaving one cozy job for another across the galaxy, slowly building his name and experience. In recent times, Ethan stumbled upon a group of male humans working with corporate Cranscocs on the planet of Cartoa. These Cranscoc wished to restart their ancient company that was destroyed long before the darkness, Spaarti Creations. This new company promised to be the first in galactic technology and that struck Ethan as a highly profitable opportunity. Leaving a much higher paying job, Ethan approached the company and was hired on to be their Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the board of executives tasked with helping the species get their upstart once again.
He served on the board for two years and became angered with the lack of progress the company was making outside of a single system, being more of a mom and pop shop rather than a company deserving of a board of executives. He wanted to take control and utilize the full extent of Spaarti's unique technologies. Secretly he began steer the small company's fragile economic state into the dumps with small hints of bad advice and investments. Quickly the company began to lose money and in the panic, Ethan suggested they take the company public in order to try and salvage what they could. The panic had set in and the ill experienced executives agreed in paranoia, taking the company public the following year. As soon as the shares went public, Ethan bought over eighty percent of them and took majority control of the company. With his position as owner secure, he made himself CEO and fired the board of executives. He now works to turn Spaarti Creations into a respectable company recognized throughout the galaxy.

Step by step Harley went factory to factory, paying for equipment and facilities alike. Each stop made was a productive one, including letting the workers know that they needn't move or worry, that they would retain permanent jobs. She paused at certain locales because some were in disrepair, with equipment being broken etcetera. After several months travel, and a second loan, one from Fos Misao - a close ally of Valashu's- she managed to finally step to the fore.
Explaining that she was going to be the new owner, her goals for the long haul, and her plan to reach these goals, Harley put the credits on the table and officially became owner of the company.

Description:
Spaarti Creations is the galaxy's supplier of Spaarti Tanks, a business that was lucrative back in its times before the darkness. Nowadays, old tanks have been used in place of new ones built by the aged Spaarti Creations team; tanks which work well considering their age. In order to build their business, Spaarti recognizes they will need to take advantage of their unique technology that allows their factories to be easily switched from one production to the next; giving them the ability to replicate existing products with ease while also upgrading their capabilities. Such products are then released under the "Copycat Suppliers" tag of the small company and sold to small markets and merchants who pass by.
Of course, these copycats are mostly used to fund their larger endeavors into genetic, cloning and cybernetic technologies where the company has always excelled. As the company grows, they wish to advance in more fields and begin to saturate all markets including produce, books, computers and droids; a capability made easy by the Cranscoc technology.

With the cloning tanks and knowledge on perfected techniques, Spaarti is without a doubt a potentially dangerous corporate enemy. She has the agreement however, allying herself with Valashu and Merr-Sonn, making a dangerous situation to potently deadly. In the long run, she will likely have her man flashprint memories into clone soldiers that can then be guards or soldiers for the dual partnership.
In the long run this will make life simpler also, by cutting out middle men or third party mercenaries. It isn't her only plan to make money stay in the positive either, she will begin making armors and weapons for the soldiers, then hiring them out just as Omega Pyre does. Keeping things in house will assist in the profit margin by means of low expense, high income.
As looping goes it will simply raise a higher margin as well, by means of a continuous circling. With every credit saved it made for more to be used on upgrades for her company. Everyone knows that a higher class company sells more, and that's her goal. Which then brings us to the end statement, being her want that Spaarti becomes a conglomerate that dips its hand into all operations.
