Sorry for the long wait, had a bit to deal with.
The fleet, which is composed of three Star Destroyers, he is using it primarily at this point to be a roaming fleet. He trains a few people he considers "Apprentices" but more or less, tools he wishes to use. He has a
Torpedo Sphere and two
Bright Eye Star Destroyers. Again, it is made to roam and serve as a basis for his fleet till he finds a place to fit in.
The Human is more or less, an amnesic human that is consistently remembering things from his past. He woke up in a revived state as Dalos Cameron, fought for the Brotherhood of the Maw before leaving on betrayal. Due to this, he reverted to simply Human for a name until he figures out what he is supposed to be. He is considerably powerful in the Force, his memories surfacing his abilities slowly over time and his combat abilities are in constant improvement with reinforcement of a rigorous training regiment. The thoughts of non-lethal have long sense left and his desire to understand the Dark Side or the Darkness increased.
The Human has, at this point, believed the Force is an incurable disease that is destroying everything around it. There are many methods to fix it though he believes that Order is required to keep the Galaxy put together. The constant warfare is doing nothing but fuel the fire onto other beliefs and corrupt the Force further than its "Purity" of Darkness. Those that taint its power with impurity, must be put out or be used till their usefulness has run out.
I know that may be a tad confusing, but that is how I describe the Human currently.
