Farlon Orbit
Tough, Disciplined, Die-hard.
The air of the space port was polluted with fumes of the numerous smokers inside the building. Orbit stepped up to the counter putting down a small data chip. The woman manning it looked at it and plugged the little square into her datapad. Once she looked thru the contents she set it down and took a small plastic card out of a cabinet and gave it to him. "Have a nice day" She added.
Orbit left without a word heading towards the nearest exit. He followed the directions on the little card as it lead him to his ship, The Lost One. The small cruiser parked there creaked slightly giving Orbit a feeling of home. Two men stood near the entrance ramp, one of them stepped up to him, "Your card?" Orbit handed the small piece of plastic and watched them leave. Walking up the ramp he stopped at his main frame controls and opened the cargo hold. Orbit entered the cockpit with exhaustion on the brink. The engines began to hum as he switched on all the systems of the cruiser. Finally he sat down in his chair and laid his feet upon the console and closed his eyes. This rest was far needed.
