- Our Trash Will Blot Out the Sun: The Leviathan's massive cargo holds can transport and release thousands of tons of salvage debris. Using their impressive tractor complement Squib Momships can fling massive clouds of debris large enough to take a chunk out of most capital ships. These trash clouds can also be used as an additional protective layer of defensive shielding.
- Salvage Command: Momships are designed for one thing. A fully crewed Leviathan can carry more than a hundred needle ships with plenty of room for veritable hordes of cargo. In an emergency the carrier can take direct control of its needle ships via a system of slave circuitry.
- Factory Ship: Combat is very much a secondary purpose for such gargantuan carrier ships. Not content to transform their world into an industrial powerhouse the Squib brought their manufacturer's spirit with them to the stars. Each Momship is a factory station in its own right capable of pumping out anything from ugly starfighters to combat speeders to knockoff consumer electronics.
- Defensive Arsenal: Squib are not an aggressive species save for the cutthroat world of economics. The battlecruiser's armament is primarily designed for protection and focuses on crippling or immobilizing their enemy rather than destroying them outright. In emergencies however each Momship is armed with a bevy of close range assault concussion missiles.
- Heavily Automated: Both the factory floors and certain higher command functions are all overseen by crudely written algorithms. Any internal damage can have unexpected consequences for overall performance and the ships are susceptible to electronic warfare.
- Jump Prep: It takes a lot of energy to move a ship this bulky through hyperspace. Momships take two to three times as long as most ships to plot a course and divert enough energy to the lightspeed engine.
While Skor II has cobbled together its fair share of lighter capital ships, nothing the Squibs have achieved even comes close to their so called 'Momships'. Dedicated command carriers which form a nexus for the Reclamation Fleet's never ending salvage operations, each Leviathan is a petty kingdom in its own right although every captain swears undying fealty to their Squib King. Not just space trash but high value ore and stellar gases are consumed by each factory ship all in an elaborate effort to perpetuate Skor II's recycle frenzied culture.
The Reclamation Fleet has been a surprisingly effective guerrilla space force in the OPA's past campaigns of resistance. The Royal Momship Reduce, Reuse, Exterminate defended both its home system and Terminus from Imperial incursions. Conflict means good business for salvagers like the Squib and so the Polyanarchy has been able to assemble a small fleet of Momships. They are a rare and magnificent sight to behold.
