Moderator

As TKO is based at its core as a low drama faction, the normal duties of “moderating” arguments between members are pretty few and far between.

As such TKO sees the Moderator as a position that includes two broad categories of member:

• 
  A position where senior faction members can be noted and given the responsibilities above that of normal members. These are usually writers with a lot of “skin” in the game that have proved to be an asset to the faction, but for RL issues are not able to post often as needed of an Admin position and / or are not able to offer more than 50% of their RP time to the faction as a whole.
  
• 
  A position for a younger writer that have proven to be motivated and skilled enough to be offered a chance to lead the faction and grow into an administrator role.
  

Standard Duties of a Moderator

• 
  Note all disputes between members both internal and external, and bring them to an Admin’s or Owner’s attention.
  
• 
  Post often in all faction threads
  
• 
  Initiate and host new threads as needed
  
• 
  Positively encourage writer growth
  
• 
  Post new factory and codex subs as needed, and help writers with pre-sub work in faction board
  

Administrator / Owner

As the most senior members of the TKO staff, it is expected that those in Administrator and Ownership positions help lead the faction as a whole and lead the faction by example. Admins and owners should try to have about 70 %to 80% of all posting related to TKO and further growing it as a whole.

Standard Duties of an Admin / Owner

  All those listed in the Moderator part above to and include addressing disputes.

  Constructively handle writer issues that may arise.
  
  God Moding
  
• 
  Rule breaking
  
• 
  Harassing

Actively recruit members that are looking for a home and have characters that fit with TKO

Work with other factions admins to create fun stories and events for members to take part in.

Monitor members in TKO and watch over them both within the faction and when outside the factions as well

Encourage, promote, and inspire members to add unique content that is “in the Spirit of Star Wars” to TKO
