SPECIAL FEATURES
- Can fold into a single melee weapon if needed.
- Using a linked implant with the weapon, it can be thrown and return to the wielder unless interrupted.
- Blades can be detached allowing wielder to dual wield them.
- Weapon is infused with Sith alchemy giving it greater durability.
- Sharp edges: The Star of Thustra is an incredibly sharp and brutal weapon. Lightly armored foes are best to avoid it, though when thrown by Nova it has the potential to pierce moderate armor.
- Motorized: The power cell at the center of the weapon powers a small micro repulsor, allowing the weapon to travel farther and potentially return to the wielder after thrown.
- Sith Alchemy: The effects of dark side infusion have strengthen the weapon, giving it greater durability.
- Force Nullification: Effects that cut off or dampen the force can make the weapon lose its durability.
- Limited Power: The battery on the Star of Thustra can be drained keeping the weapon from returning to the wielder.
- Can Not Connect: The repulsor can also be jammed by several technologies, limiting its use in this situation.
when Nova was given her task to go out and slay fifty powerful foes, she took only her sword with her. She stalked the unknown regions and outer rim looking for the strongest foes to battle, gaining and learning new weapons and techniques as she did so. One weapon in particular on Felucia caught her notice, and after killing the shaman that held it, she would forge her own version. Calling it the Star of Thustra, she delights in the unnatural weapon, savoring the brutality in which it allows her to employ. To some it may seem impractical, but to Nova, it is one of her most prized possessions.
