The Spacepiress of Chaos
A few months back a few friends and I picked up Star Wars Edge of the Empire to supplement out usual Tuesday Night RPGs.
Every other Tuesday or so, we rotate and play Star Wars Edge of the Empire.
The first person who was the original GM stepped down and had me take over (due in part to my breaking his scenario a half dozen times all within 5-10 minutes of the previous break; as well as due to my history here and on other forums in the past).
Our group not only uses Edge of the Empire Core Rulebook and the EotE supplemental books, we also use parts of the Age of Rebellion and Force and Destiny books.
We've done a couple setups from our beginning; and now we're on our 3rd restart, though this one has begun a bit differently. Also because there is a new source book coming out soon due to Force Awakens, we've reset out timeline from 0.5 ABY to 0.5-1.0 ABE to accomidate the new source book and give us the now empty 30 year span to reign in for our game.
At this moment, the group has just raided a dead Hutt's palace in Hutt space, and they now own a vessel called The Chimera.
This freighter is an Ugly. It has the cockpit and cockpit corridor of a YT-1250. The central structure of the vessel is a Barloz medrium Freighter, with the aft section of the ship being a Ghrotic 720 medium Freighter. It also has the large cargo pod of a Wayfarer medium Freighter attached to the side as a makeshift hangerbay.
They haven't taken it out yet (as this Tuesday will mark its maiden voyage).
I am looking forward to seeing what they do with the vessel that I've given them, as I am going with a non-linear approach.
I'm going to smack down a Galactic Map and say, 'where do you want to go' and just throw trouble at them from there.
