Star Wars Ring Theory

I just read through page one and it seems interesting. While nothing will change that the prequels were meh to me, its still a pretty neat idea.

I've always loved that aspect of the saga. Everything feels connected/mirrored. It's just one of many things that makes me so excited before every run-through of the series.

Also, I love the prequels as much as the originals. So sue me. :p

Admittedly I've only read the first two pages. This is a very long essay.

It's an intriguing take on the prequels from what I've read so far, and I don't doubt that George Lucas intended for certain sequences to "rhyme" with each other, because he has talked about this himself. But I will say this. No amount of justification will ever make the prequels good. The simple fact is that they failed to resonate with people, and no amount of theorycrafting is going to change that.
