Small-scale construction refers to construction sites that are less than 3 storeys tall (excluding basement) and have a site size of less than 1500 m2 floor size. RATIONALE
Treoff used his fathers small-time connections in the Coruscant underlevels and the inheritance he received from his fathers passing to create the business, which started as a small security company.
Treoffs father was the owner of a (now defunct) construction company, well knowm among thugs, kingpins, and local police/security. Treoff, not being much of a construction man, dexided to utilize his fathers ideals, and so as the ohrase goes 'give back'.
Treoffs father was a 'good karking man,' never cheated, never stole, never lied, and made his meager living through honesty and integrity. And that is what Treoff wants his company to represent. The reasoning for this path, is with the wars going on, the lives lost, and Treoffs need to do more.
