Kiber knew exactly where he was when he felt a disturbance in the Force. He was meditating and reading up on his datacron when the feeling of nausea overcame him. His former Master, Vassara Raxis, had been killed while fighting a Sith Lord in a space station. The lifelong link she had made between the two was now broken and he felt alone in the world. He decided to return to her clan, Clan Rekali, and see whether they would like to take on the Mandalorian and continue to train him in the ways of the Force, especially lightsaber combat.
He arrived at Clan Rekali's headquarters at The Roil and approached the building. He felt rather intimidated, but knew that this was his only hope. He stood at the front doors, and knocked several times. There was no answer. He tried again and knocked even louder. "Hello? Is anyone there?" he knocked once more and then heard footsteps coming from inside the headquarters to the front door, and waited to speak to whomever it was who answered the door.
