Status of the planet Rudrig?

It's been a while since this character was Governor of Rudrig during the time of the Sith Empire.

Potentially looking to revisit the place, though I know a lot has happened since he left. Anyone able to tell me what all has gone down and what it looks like now? I see it's within Silver Sanctum - where are my fancy little Silver Jedi do-gooders?
