Stay Major / Go Minor?
I abstained last time, this time I'm coming in and voting to go minor.
Last time, it was because I couldn't see myself as part of the solution (contributing meaningfully to activity), where my focus was on myself. Reflecting on our activity as a whole, I now feel as though minor is the way to go -- but I'm also open to discussion about it.

At this point, I think the member base isn't there, and those who maintain they are active - outside of those that actually are - aren't. Minor seems the best course, sadly, but at least we gave it a shot. We almost pulled out of the nosedive.
