Stealing her heart.

Vulpesen couldn't help the large grin over his face. Was it stupidity? The heart of a romantic? A dramatic flair? Maybe a combination of them all. No matter the cause, even he had to admit that his mission was foolish to say the least. But as they said, love made a person do crazy things. It'd been weeks since he last saw Alex on Geonosis. A time that had been his only moments to know she was alright since she had been given a new body by he and Taeli.

The thoughts since then had festered in his mind. He couldn't stand it. To fall in love and have it returned, only to have it so suddenly ripped away. If only she realized that in tearing herself away, she had torn away a large chunk of him. His world since their time on Alderaan revolved around her. The Vitae, the Zorrens, he loved it all of course, but it was empty without the love of his life. Sure the kids helped with the loneliness, but there were still nights he left, howling to the moon in frustration. Still days his advisers had to leave the room as his thoughts got the best of him and brought tears to the documents on his desk. He hid it well as he did all his pain... but masking a wound doesn't do anything to remove it. He had to heal. But to heal, he needed to take back what had been removed from his life. And if this was to the way to get Alexandra's attention, then by every moon and star he'd do it. So long she'd been ripped away. Bounty hunters, Jedi, sith, Akala, the forces of hell, ENOUGH! If she was going to leave him, she'd do it. But until that moment, he'd fight for their love and he'd be damned before he saw someone else take her away. This time, Vulpesen would be the kidnapper... but unlike all others, he had no intention of letting someone else remove her.

Despite the sorrowful memories, he turned back to the people who had joined him aboard the Twilight Vixen. "Remember the target is not to be harmed in any way, unless you wished to be hanged by your toes. Also, I will not allow any casualties to the jedi. This a personal statement, nothing more. Lastly, thank you for joining me on this. I realize this mission's strategic value is near Zero. But that just makes your presence here so much more meaningful to me." With that, he returned his attention to the surface of Ruusan, using the force to hide his own specific presence. he didn't care if the jedi sensed him, but Alex, if she still cared, was a person he would like to remain as a surprise for.... by the force he hoped she still cared.

Ashe nodded as she was given her orders. She was more here as a way to keep Alex calm when they retrieved her. She had a feeling the woman would not be happy at being kidnapped again. The silver haired warrior sighed as she thought about how these events may unfold. Really, her stubborn cousin should just marry the strange foxman and be done with it. Things would be so much simpler.

It wasn't often she got to relax or do something but..... well Sarianna sat there. She wasn't one for extravagant displays and preferred the more simple meditations as she sat there in the valley. Avoiding the real dangers of it all as she let the sigil on her chest glow, the waters from the valley allowing her to see into the force better then it had been since she stayed in seclusion. Her senses were focused and expanding outwards.

Alexandra leaned against her hand as she looked at a text down infront of her. Thinking to herself and focusing on the words and the numbers that flickered in the dark room she sat in. His hands curled and he smiled as he sat there. It was going to be an interesting night for her and she didn't even realize it as she sighed and powered off the datapad. She needed something to occupy her mind and there was something simple as to what she could do. With a breath in she grabbed the sabers that belonged to her and hid them in her sleeves before grabbing the training saber that she had been given. It was important she hid her real sabers... considering they were her iconic weapon before her 'death'.

As the Vixen breached the Surface of the planet, Vulpesen tightened his hands on the controls of the ship, making it plummet to the surface. Of course, his intention wasn't to smash his pretty craft into the ground, but to avoid any guns that might be set in place, trying to avoid them before they even realized he was there. As his ship came close to the surface, he released control to Ace who danced upon his rig to keep the Vixen flying. "And, we're off." Charging for the back of the ship, he used the force to drop several long ropes out the back of the cargo hold while he simply leaped down.

Something felt way too familiar as Emilia sat there alone and blinked before her eyes narrowed. '... What is he doing here...' She missed her family but she needed to play it off as Alexandra being dead. If she could not protect them in that way then she would have to. But apparently that meant coming to Ruusan and looking for her when she was suppose to... She just sighed as her hand tightened on the training saber. It was a good thing she was happy to know he was here, perhaps she wouldn't skin him for possible causing a muck of things.

Vulpesen smiled as he descended, landing with a soft thud in the worst just in front of the temple. Behind him, a small group of Veran Royal Guards dropped behind him. A simple operation. For them, this would likely be related to just another training exercise. Vulpesen motioned for them to break off to the sides. And with their lack of true malicious intent, the jedi would likely find nothing wrong with the situation. Even as Vulpesen walked up to their gates and stood before the watchmen who greeted him fairly professionally. Must have been his first day on the job. "State your business."

"Personal pick up. Now if you'd excuse me." As he spoke, he brought his fingertips to his forehead. An unassuming smile on his lips accompanied by a small bow and it would be seen as what it was. A gesture of respect. Of course, this one was slightly modified. Normally this gesture was done with one hand. Why he used two? Because there were two guards. As his hands left his forehead, a lash of metal could be seen under his sleeves and a small set of "pffts" could be heard. The guards slumped a moment later, only to be caught by two Verans who slipped behind them then propped their still forms up to look somewhat natural. The toxin was harmless, only setting them into unconsciousness for a few minutes. But that was all Vulpesen needed as he strolled into the temple. Perhaps it should be mentioned that before leaving his ship, the man had dawned his old jedi robes, a badge of honor from one of his battles. Something to help him blend in unquestioned.

Again, with no mal-intent, Vulpesen would be fairly ignored. Maybe the jedi would sense something unusual. Maybe. But other than that moment before he knocked out one or two, there would be no chance of them sensing danger. The simple reason being, there was no danger to sense. Ace, how you doing on tracking Alex?

Alexandra on the meantime had no trouble finding the wolf as she looked down at Ace with Daeda on her shoulder, both grinning at him and the former of the two kneeling down as she spoke. "Hey there, where is fox brain so i can kick his ass for coming here..." She was obviously more excited over the answer than what she had said, but she did have a bone to pick with the vulpine man. "Oh, and Ace... no warning him, ok?" She smiled as she looked at him, a very... emotionless smile now as she scanned the wolf's face for any hint of letting Vulpesen know he was caught in the halls.

Ace looked up as he found [member="Emilia Marean"] standing over him. With a small cough, he relayed a small message to Vulpesen. Of course, he knew to hide anything that might give away Alex's intentions, thus the message was two words and the location. "Found her." Sure Ace was loyal to his bond mate... but he really liked Alex. As for where his bond mate was, he simple motioned for, 'He'll be here.'

Vupesen's journey was no where near as sociable as he slipped through the ranks of the jedi on his way to find Alexandra. With Ace's directions, he grinned and made his way up the temple, unable to wait until he could see Alexandra once more. Of course, the other reason for his speed was that at any moment, someone might noticed the knocked out sentries.

Sarianna twitched, she had felt something and now it was more familiar as she was moving towards the jedi. SHe had felt it on Ossus when the sith attacked and the jedi had done little to nothing, now she was feeling it again while she moved and held the belt of saber batons. The smaller weapons concealing her staff and saber staff while she spoke to one or two of the jedi. "Something is here." She wasn't certain what it was as she was moving off into the crowd of the temple.

The ex-jedi continued to walk, lowing his presence in the force. He wasn't foolish enough to eliminate it. No, a force dead jedi would be all too noticeable in the halls. But it was good to appear as a night instead of the master he was. Curling his tail tightly around himself inside of the robes, he made his way through the crowd, confident that somewhere around him, his men were hiding, using their training in stealth to more easily slip through unnoticed, though certainly not inside of the temple. no, they could only be seen occasionally though the windows as they checked on their leader's progress.

The situation was too good. Truthfully, it was all Vulpesen could do to keep from humming in pleasure, almost on the verge of bursting into song. No doubt any meeting with the gleeful infiltrator would be quite interesting. Of course, that was assuming someone could pick the oddball from the crowd. Sure he was immensely trained in stealth, but even he couldn't hide everything in a crowded hall of force users when high on emotions.

Emilia waited right where she was, leaning against a pole and staring right at Ace with a smile. She liked the wolf too granted, and it was probably Vulpesen's idea to be here... but the wolf could have deterred Vulpesen. Oh well, she would just have to correct the problem when her fiance got here and met up with the wolf and the woman. She was excited too to see him but there was the fact that he was in the middle of a damned jedi temple. And she had a pretty good idea why he was here. 'Aren't i suppose to be the one that is unable to wait...' She said to Daeda through their connection, the wolf only shrugging to her as she sighed and waited to see what happened.

Sarianna paused for a moment while she stood there in the crowd. Something was shifting and she turned her head feeling with the force under the sash as she was searching. Almost like a bloodhound with a scent she was following the force signature and using her reflexes. That reflexive part of the brain that was telling here there was a predator among the students while her hand went to one of the batons gripping it but she was moving through the halls and stopped. Her head looking up towards the girl leaning on a pillar and there was something a small pet that brushed against the edges of her senses.

I looked up and noticed [member="Sarianna Misarr"] standing and searching. Damn. Of course, there was always something. Sending a message to Vulpesen, he quickly worked to cover his presence. Having enough training to resist the force, he started to meld into the background, becoming harder and harder to detect. Being linked to a past shadow, it was infinitely easier to just poof from the jedi's senses.

Of course, Vulpesen being on a fairly one track mind, was a bit less stealthy. Rounding the corner, he smiled widely as he caught sight of Alexandra, the words of his companion instantly evaporating from his attention span. "Alex! It's good to see you again, love!" He grinned and walked towards her, only now noticing the jedi near her. "Oh... and company. Sorry, I don't mean to interrupt, but I've something of a date here."

"Do excuse us, hes an old... fool." She grabbed Vulpesen by the collar and without hesitating began to drag him to somewhere a little less crowded. So she could do two things to the fool. First his ass was getting kicked, plain and undeniably simple. He came into the middle of a Jedi Temple, and decided he would go about and break the whole reason that she had done this. IF she wasn't suppose to be Emilia she would have simply kicked him in the stomach here and now but she was and that was not the behavior of a Jedi.

Vulpesen let out a small laugh at the words of his love, and watched as she walked over to grab him. Normally, he might just prepare for said beating. After all, this was Alexandra and he wouldn't put it past her. But this time, he decided to play another lover's game. "Sorry dear, but I'm tired of waiting." His smile shone brightly as his hand pointed at her side. At point blank range, he doubt she could dodge his dart as it shot from his wrist. Of course, he would never do anything to intentionally hurt her, but a bit of unconsciousness to make her more lenient with him would do some good right now. "Now miss Misarr, if you don't mind, I've a place to be."

Sarianna was focused and watching, the energy from the ones around her. The one hiding who spoke got her to turn her head and look for him. Following the sounds of his voice as she slid her hand towards the baton still on her belt as she was listening. "You shoudln't be here and taking one form the order is a dangerous proposition Vulpesen." The woman was looking from behind the sash at him now while she kept her senses between the two. "What do you need to steal her for?"

The pinch was all she needed to feel before her senses went into high alert, her eyes shooting wide as she narrowed them shortly after. She knew what poison felt like, and by the way her body was acting she knew full well what was in her system. "Vulpesen. Im going to kick your ass..." She said as her mind tried to put into practice the art of toxin control. Up until it hit her like a train and her muscles went limp and she went out cold.

The spike in Alexandra's power was easily sensed and made Vulpesen goa bit off edge. Great, last thing he needed was for her to fight him physically too.... But then, his worries were dashed as she suddenly collapsed. Extending an arm, he let her limp form collapse over it before turning to [member="Sarianna Misarr"]. "I could say the same about stealing a member of the royal family." Despite the almost threatening words, his smile belied the danger, showing it to be more a statement of truth than an attempt to cause unease. "As for what I need her for... We have a deal and its time she takes up her end of the bargain." With that, he started to walk past the jedi, heading for the temple's exit.

Sarianna was looking upon them both and she heard what he said. Mostly confused at the implication because she had hoped the order was past that and.... he was disappointed. There didn't seem to be much changed now while she was still holding her baton. "If that is so you should go through the proper channels and only do this when all else fails." There was a look on her face not being smug but stating a fact. She wanted to believe the incident wouldn't be true and her instincts of something were there. "As for a deal, enforcing it on an unconscious woman is not something advisable."
