So how exactly can Stellar Energy help?
From the perspective of a writer, Stellar Energy is basically offering development threads for whatever the customer needs.

For example, a Major Faction might want a starship with some extra juice for its size. Stellar Energy then does a dev thread for the reactor and power systems of that starship.

Keep in mind that Stellar Energy is only covering the part that requires energy. While we could churn out a dev thread for a reactor that can power a Star Destroyer at the size of a Cruiser, some more development might be required for the ship to have all the pieces being assembled.
