Who wants to live forever? Some don't really have a choice, and for all it's desired amongst those with greater mortality, those that have lived for so long could tell you the many downsides. To have loved and lost is a part of life, and it's generally agreed that no-one should have to bury their own children. For those like Stígr, it is a fact of life to outlive your loved ones, if they aren't like you, and if they are, they're bound to end up with the same sober perspective on life and death.
Sleep? What Sleep?
Thanks to his genes, Stígr needs not much more than one or two hours of sleep a day, if in perfect health. If grievously injured, considerably more sleep (and sustenance) than what is needed by the average human is required as part of his recovery, even if the Force has been used to aid his body in healing.

Sensitive to the Dark Side
Though he doesn't feel its pull nearly as much as one with a greater percentage of K'paur DNA, the darkness still wisps at the back of his mind; much like his father, this is a thing he has learned to cope with, but it makes him considerably more wary of setting foot in places where the Dark Side is strong. He has had to effectively 'wrestle for the sanctity of his soul' when passing through realms of darkness, and for some time after exiting them.
Bloodlust
Bloodlust is a spectrum for the K'paur, and dilution of the DNA reduces its effects or removes the existence of it in a subject entirely. Though only one-quarter of Stígr's genetics is that of the K'paur, he nonetheless experiences bloodlust, but at a thankfully mild level - the scent of blood invigorates him - yet it can be awkward or problematic to experience, depending on the scenario. He experiences no effect from his own blood.
Temperature Extremes
With the K'paur, there's a lack of ability to tolerate extremes of temperature on both ends of the spectrum, though some are only susceptible to one extreme and not the other. Stígr is one of the former, and will experience debilitating effects on his health after some exposure to extremes, hot or cold, if not sufficiently prepared; even then, he has to be extremely careful.
Crippled Without The Force
Exactly what it says on the box. If Stígr were to be severed or temporarily cut off from the Force, a number of things would happen. The greatest concern is his self-control, which would waver and eventually fail, leaving his body to be ruled by the amygdala - the primitive, predatory part of his mind.
