Verie Lacroix stared up at the ceiling of the bedroom she shared with [member="Dissero"] for a few moments before turning her head to look at the chronometer on the bedside table. It wasn't time to get up. She didn't need the 'fresher, for a refreshing change of pace. So, what had woken her up? She sat up, resting a hand on the slight bump in her torso, and slid her feet into her shoes before standing. She pulled on a lightweight dressing gown and tied it loosely around herself. It didn't do much for warmth, but the castle was comfortable anyway. She still didn't know what had woken her up, until--
There it was again. A crashing sound, a banging noise. What in blazes is happening? Verie asked. She picked up her lightsaber off the side table and crept into the hall, looking to follow the noises and find out what exactly all the ruckus was about.
