• Weather Manipulation: When the Crystal is exposed to a Focusing Crystal and a stream of Force energy it can manipulate the weather within a certain range of the user.
  Edits: It can make it rain, hail, fog, and even thunderstorm.
• Energy Blasts: This can shoot energy blasts similar to that of a Stun Blaster out of it when exposed to a focusing Crystal, and a steady stream of force energy.

DESCRIPTION

A Rare Crystal that was found by Viridian before he left the world of Memorial, and was captured by slavers. It was hidden by him. The crystal has been cut by him so it is just the right size to fit into a ring. Upon cutting the crystal, he was able to apply minor effects that allowed it to control the weather around him with some effort. As a result, the Storm Crystal was born, a crystal that could control the weather. Two more were made by him out of identical crystals. He entrusted them to Taji Nelson as payment for his help.

No, weather manipulation in any force object can easily breech into a superweapons territory. This will be removed.

That will render the crystal effectively useless, Krass Wyms . Removing the weather manipulation will not work. I limited the weather control to rain, fog, and thunderstorms, as well as hail.

Storms are dynamic as you were told even if it is a personal area it can easily spread and devastate or become uncontrolled. You have little detail here. It isn't just the range to start it is what can be done with the storm, how quickly it can spread.

I've limited it to: Rain, Hail, Fog, and Thunderstorms, as said earlier. I've also made it to where if you shatter the crystal (which is very easy, and could be done with a Slingshot and a Pebble btw, ) the storm fades, and the owner of the crystal gets zapped with a bolt of lightning. I have added that making any storm takes 5 posts. Added another weakness, as well.

Altering the weather to make rain and thunder would still spread outwards. You are changing the weather and as you have been told it is dynamic not something that would be in one area it would eventually get larger. That is not enough detail and five posts means little as someone using alter environment would spend just as many to do the same thing. You need more detail such as how this is going to alter the area around your bubble after x amount of time. How long before the storm becomes able to sustain itself. How much focus is required. Now is not the time to be vague.
