Fort Cinciri'Galaar, Krownest
It has been a few months since the Sith took dominion of Krownest, shortly thereafter fracturing the Mandalorian clans after taking their capital. Jiriad, the Alor of Clan Galaar, relished combat, but knew that he could not have beaten back the Sith invasion on his own. As such, Clan Galaar glided under the radar when the Sith invaded, aided by their low technological presence and location within the mountains, striking at the Sith when possible and coming to the aid of their kinsmen but never enough to lead them back to their home. But Clan Galaar have hidden for too long, and Jiriad grows restless.

His most trusted kinsman, warrior, and friend, a mighty woman by the name of [member="Sigrun Galaar"] had been summoned to a forge deep within the walls of Fort Snowhawk. Jiriad had, additionally, become acquainted with a fellow Alor also on the freezing world, one [member="Jor Kvall"] , who had invited he, Sigrun, and Clan Galaar's chief warriors to a delightful feast. Now it was Kvall who received an invitation, though this time under much more serious circumstances. The message had been delivered by a fleet-footed Galaar scout clad in leathers and furs, and it invited Alor Kvall and whoever he wished to bring to a meeting of grave importance within the bowels of Clan Galaar's home. Along with the message, the scout also delivered a hand-drawn map that showed the most safe route up the mountain to the hearth of Clan Galaar.

Within that forge stood Jiriad, waiting for them to arrive. Under his arm, Jiriad held the helmet Jor had gifted him at that feast, an exquisite piece of smithing decorated with mythosaur bone and horns, and across his back Heimasax rested in a leather sheath. While he waited for the others to arrive, he watched the smiths go at their work, using blue-hot flames to reforge the metals into usable forms, the ringing and striking of hammers creating a music most sweet to his ears. The forges of Clan Galaar have not been for weeks, shaping any metal that could be spared into arms and armor, and their metal song resounded through the halls of Fort Cinciri'Galaar without rest.
