From The Shadows
Assassin's across the Galaxy would each receive a short video message through an encrypted channel used by the Sith Assassins. Upon the opening the message, the Assassins would be greeted with the cloaked form of Darth Lykos, the cowl of his robes keeping the majority of his features obscured from view.
"The Light, in recent times, has believed that it is victorious, it has grown arrogant in its supposed superiority. It believes that with the fall of the Formed One Sith Empire, that the Darkness has been beaten, that we who reside within have been rendered weak and unable to fight. But now their confidence shall be their weakness, for while the Dark retreated for preservation, this time now heralds our return to the Galaxy, heralds out fight to reclaim what the Light now tries to hold. Within the Darkness, always lies the Shadows and now it is time for us, those who live and fight from the Shadows, to strike forwards. Our reaches shall extend into the Light, and work, unnoticed, to snuff it out so that Darkness will reign. I look to each of you to fulfill this task, this goal. Spies littered through the Galaxy have whispered to the Shadows information and identities of out targets. Now is the time to fight back, to strike back. We are the Sith Assassins, those who live in the Shadows, those who are Nowhere But Everywhere, and now the Light shall fear us a phantoms. Strike Back."
The message would freeze on the final frame for a few seconds, of Lykos exposed mouth curling back into a vicious snarl of bloodlust, pointed teeth exposed, before flickering off. The call was out, the time was nigh and now the Light would fear that which lurked in the Shadows.

Recently, I got in contact with Coci Heavenshield of the Silver Jedi Order and asked if she would be willing to put a post up on their Faction's forums asking for people who might be interested in being our targets to put their names forward. While I have not heard back from her regarding a list of names due to time zones, someone from the Silver Jedi has expressed an interest in this and, while I'm still sorting out the details with him, his name will be up on the Target Listings as will be others when their names come in. Also, names of Traitors to the Sith Assassin (looking at you Rapax) will be added. More details will be explained in the thread, which can be found here.
