Submission Modification Requests

After submissions are approved they get locked. If you want to make a modification to it at a later date, post your request here with the following outline. You may also request to have submissions that were archived for inactivity be returned to Pre-Codex for edits. You can also use this to request that a submission be archived.

Things to Note:

• Planet Submissions that have been added to the Chaos Map cannot be Archived. They can, however, be returned to Pre-Codex for Modifications.
• If the submission was previously approved and returned to Pre-Codex you must make a note at the bottom of your submission summarizing the changes. This can also be done in the form of a "New Reply" to the submission.
• Once you are finished editing, tag the Codex Admin or RPJ. Your submission will then be moved to its appropriate forum for re-approval.
• Please limit Pre-Codex requests to 5 submissions or less at a time per Writer (Not, per account. Per Writer.)
• You can submit an unlimited number of Archival Requests. These are not limited.
• This thread is only for Codex submissions. Factory submissions can be requested here.
