Strengths:
- The Chosen one: The Crystal due to its nature is only usable by the one that is attuned to the crystal and as such will become inactive should anyone other than Alexandra attempt to use the crystal unless it is acquired from her and attuned to the new user themselves. This is not a process that can be done during combat...
- Useless if not held: The attunement quality is one of a double edged sword where if anyone was to use it to help her, it would be absolutely useless and create nothing more than a flicker of sparks from the saber it was fitted into.
- Only for sabers: The Crystal is only designed to be fitted into lightsabers, and should the saber it is fitted into cease to work, there is no chance for the crystal to be useful at all. It retains no force or physical enhancement qualities and as such would only become a very pretty crystal should the saber around it be destroyed or should it be removed from the saber.
Description: Once used in the sabers of Nomi Sunrider and her daughter after her, the crystal had been an artifact lost to time and buried within the tomb of Vima Sunrider long ago in the time after her death. With the burying of the saber and the crystal in it it was lost to time until it was recovered thousands of years later by Alexandra Feanor during an expedition with Gray Raxis.
The crystal itself is aquamarine in color, providing a light bluish green color to it when used, and letting off a small glow itself. This is not the significant trait of the crystal though, as the main trait is that the crystal, while otherwise normal in every aspect, could only be used by those that it was attuned to. This creates an interesting effect in which the crystal itself directly influences the saber on a level that can't explained by those who look at it.
The attunement of the crystal had been done in the following weeks by Alexandra Feanor alone in the force garden contained above the Order of the Grey's temple on Alderaan where she had lived for nearly a decade so far.
