Sunsets. [Tye Kelly]

Vykon Halke

Interim Chief of State
Vykon waited impatiently. He looked across the Coruscant skyline. The sun had started to set off in the distance, the view was perfect. He paced across the room. The mercenary should show up anytime. He sipped his glass of champagne as he waited. Assuming everything went alright, it wouldn't be long before the holonet was full of assassinations. The plan was brillant really. Convert who you can, kill who you can't. The Republic would be plunged into turmoil, providing the opportune moment to strike.

Vykon had sent a speeder to the Coruscant spaceport nearby to bring the mercenary back. The Mercenary's task was simple enough. Cross off well known members of the Republic, specifically those who were threatening to him. He glanced towards the clock, they should be back any minute now.

Tye didn't know anything about this person. All he knew was his name and he needed a mercenary. Lucky enough he needed the work. Tye's ship was black and with a red line running down the middle of his ship. His ship was a Y-wing with some modifications. His cockpit windshield was slick black as well, but he was still able to see. The traffic in Coruscant's air was horrid, with ships all shapes and sizes flying here and there trying to go to places. Tye saw his suite and landed on the landing pad below. He then took the elevator up and knocked on @[member="Vykon Halke"] door.

Vykon walked over to the door. He entered something onto the console. The door slid open. Vykon examined the mercenary, before gesturing for him to enter. "Greetings." He offered, semi-uncomfortable. There was a crashing noise from down the hall, the sound of glass breaking. Vykon immediately drew his pistol, pointing it at the mercenary for a second, before slowly venturing down the hall. Perhaps they had arranged his assassination. He may not have commited treason yet , but word had gotten out about his rebellious activities. It wouldn't be long before someone tried to kill him.

Could he trust the mercenary? He had no choice at this point, he slowly walked down the hall, towards the site of the noise. He heard another crash. He cursed, pressing the button for his guards. He raised the pistol to shoulder level, barging into the room. He glanced around. He felt relieved, yet frustrated at the prospect. Womprats. There were two of them, somehow hovering through the air. The room was a disaster. The window on the left side was smashed. Some of his finest jewelry was smashed, glass shards covering the floor. A chair lay knocked over, the candles on the table, not lit thankfully, had been knocked over. One was floating by the dishes, the other on the table. He fired a few shots at the former, but they missed, scorching the wall. It was a disaster.

Tye walked in when he heard that crash. He just waited there until Vykon knew he was safe. He could have told him that they were just womprats. Tye walked over beside @[member="Vykon Halke"] and looked at the womprats. He rose the womprats up in the air and through them against the wall snapping there necks on impact. Then he through the bodies out the window hurtling towards the earth. "Now then let's get to business shall we?"

" Of course." Vykon walked out of the room gesturing for the mercenary to follow. He went back down the hall into a room on the left, an office. He would let the cleaning droids deal with the mess in the other room. Vykon sat behind the desk, gesturing for the mercenary to take a seat in one of the other chairs. "My apologies about that. Now, tell me more about yourself." He requested kindly, hopefully things could improve from that awful start.

"Well I'm in need of some sort if adventure and I believe this will be perfect for me. Now let's get down to the actual business. I don't want payment." Tye said bluntly. "I want lightsabers. Every Jedi killed or slaughtered I want there lightsaber and I want to perfect my ability to feed on the force of the living just like Darth Nihilus." "That is what I want my payment to be in. Lightsabers."
