Surge coral seeds/Implanters

Who would I talk to if I was interested in procuring some Surge-Coral seeds and some Implanters for a Sithspawn project I'm starting to work on that combines Vong and Sith alchemy?

I'm very heavily affiliated with the Vong and their technology and combining it would be nothing. As for acquiring these things, the Hrosha-Gul are close friends and wouldn't mind at all if you just took 'em.
