Improves Blaster Bolt Redirection to such a degree that there is a good chance that the source of the shot could be hit, but the bolt will travel back to the very barrel it came out of in a near perfect redirection

The crystal helped with movement of the blade to deflect it didn't automatically deflect shots. You are granting skills a user of the crystal would have to learn and even then it could still be preformed without the crystal just practice. The wording here will need to be changed as this can enhance and aid in the skill of the user but it can't just give them abilities.
