Description: 

While the Templar are a primarily peacekeeping expedition, there are always the use for them in the field of battle. While the Crusaders and the Illuminati are primarily focused on their own tasks, having them ready for space combat to back up CIS positions is important. Incom has then created a fighter reminiscent of the A-Wing of the Galactic Civil War for use with the Force enhanced pilots. While still quick, it loses a bit of speed in order to add weapons and some strength to the hull of the fighter.

Best used in teams of two or more, these space superiority fighters work well as long range interceptors, and as a vanguard for strike forces. An advanced sensor array allows for these fighters to be working in small scout teams before larger fleets move in so that enemy positions are provided before the big guns arrive.


​Due to their unique usage and role, they are considered space superiority fighters, equipped with hardened hull material as well as a deep array of weapon options. This trade off does throw the speed of the T-90 off, and will have it being outrun by a standard interceptor, although it will not be defeated by most interceptors in 1 to 1 combat.
