  • Division: A division is the name given to a specific group of corps, or a corps that is so significant that it bears reason to differentiate it from the rest of the other corps.
Divisions

Titan Division (TID): Known to be ground-pounders, this army protects the home of Republic. Based out of Anaxes, they go through rigorous training schedules imposed by the Generals of Anaxes at the behest of the General of the Armies. Though they don’t retain the largest budget of the three divisions, Titan Division is known for being best at trench warfare and winning wars. No enemy wishes to face the might of the Titan Division, for they know they’re in for a long beating.

Sword Division (SWD): Retaining the highest budget the Republic could muster, Sword Division is known as the right hand of the Supreme Commander. It’s often joked that the Supreme Commander feeds the Chancellor with his left hand and swats off the Chancellor’s enemies with his right. In the case of invasion, be the Republic a defender or offender, Sword Division is boots on the ground in seconds. A fast reactionary force that specializes in fear tactics and brute force, boots will quiver when the Sword Division comes knockin’.

Phoenix Division (PHD): Descending from the heavens in high-risk situations, the Phoenix Division considers themselves holier-than-thou when interacting with other members of the military. A soldier’s life in the Phoenix Division is short-lived, but the inside joke is that they’ll rise anew from the ashes. When the Republic faces the most dire of situations, it’s the Phoenix Division that they call upon the turn the odds in their favor.

NOTABLE BRIGADES

2nht.png

Valkyrie Brigade: 1st Brigade of the Phoenix Division, this special brigade is often the first brigade called to action in times of strife. Dependable, committed, and legendary for their brutishness and mercilessness, the Valkyrie Brigade specializes in air drops provided by the T.G.R. Navy.

Rogue Brigade: 7th Brigade of the Sword Division, this brigade has become noticed due to its guerilla tactics and ignorance of orders. Hard to control, thus the namesake, the Rogue Brigade is known for getting the job done no matter the cost. Many members are much interested in the lore of Rogue Squadron and use their brigade’s name as a call back to the times of the Republic’s true greatness.

Phantom Brigade: 3rd Brigade of the Sword Division, this brigade is consisted of mostly ex-Special Forces or men and women who dropped out of one of the many special force’s programs. Silent and deadly, this is as close as the Grand Army of the Republic gets to having a Special Forces brigade without actually devoting all the members to the Special Forces programs. This division often works alongside the Galactic Intelligence Agency.

Berserker Brigade: 1st Brigade of the Titan Division, these guys are absolutely merciless. Known for being absolutely insane and systematically destructive, expect high property damage when deploying this brigade. It’s said that when nobody else can get the job done, pray to the Berserkers. Though they suffer quite extensive casualties more often than not, it’s guaranteed that their enemies will be suffering worse. Members of the Berserker Brigade absolutely love working alongside Jedi.

In this regard I think Maximus is probably best suited in the Berserker Brigade of Titan Division due to his love of rigorous training in full armor. The love of working with Jedi angle can be worked in if needed :p
