T.G.R Naval Structure?

Unless the Army structure also applies to the Navy, then the Navy doesn't have a structure. Is it possible to have one set up? If someone needs to do it, I'm fine with spending some time into research and writing it up. I have a few friends that wish to join the Navy but don't know where to start, including myself.

I'd say that your particular suggestion would be better handled if directly talked through with the Jedi Order, since you're proposing something as a sub-group underneath the Jedi Order.
