Rationale: The joint venture of Tanlab Industries and Shadow Tech Industries. Each own 50% respectively, though currently until Aurna Vern proves her self Aurna Vern only retains a 49% stake. If the merger doesn't work out Shadow Tech Industries may buyout the remaining 49% in two years time. The idea is for a place for both Tanlab and Shadow Tech apply their unique specialties on ships for unique needs and specialty requests. This was later bought out by Tanlab, as were the other joint ventures with Shadow Tech Industries.

a Goten-class Dry Dock Station, and some Harvester-class Mobile Mining Facilities to jump start their joint subsidiary that both owned a equal portion. The subsidiary exists so both Tanlab and Shadow Tech could work together and afford such an expansive project as starting a shipbuilding company.They will also utilize the Lwhekk Aleph-class Manufacturing Ship. (set up of the deal and the purchase of the equipment here and here) Utilizing Tanlab's experience with satelites and stations as well as the hidden talent of Aruna Vern(has the skills of Alli Wren) . Most ships pushed through by Shadow Tech will be kept in house and for their special uses while Tanlab has goals to produce ships that are as unique as it's stations and satellites for its clients.
