  • Size: Large
  • Weight: Heavy
  • Armaments: Very Low
  • Defenses: Average
  • Maneuverability Rating: Average (Primary strength is its ability to traverse very soft terrain.)
  • Speed Rating: Average

  • Minimum Crew: 1 (Driver)
  • Optimal Crew: 3 (Driver, x2 Cargo Handlers)
  • Passenger Capacity: 6 (Normal Internal Capacity), 62 (Internal Passenger Configuration)
  • Cargo Capacity: Very High
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Heavily modular, able to carry ammunition, fuel, supplies, a command and control center, or even be fitted for transportation of medical patients or general personnel transport.
  • The rear articulating section has its own engine, and more than one can be linked to form a tracked chain of cargo vehicles connected via strong durasteel ball joints and cables. These rear sections can be controlled with a remote control pad once detached.
  • Offensive Abilities:
    • Enclosed durasteel turret for its HOB/F Heavy Repeating Blaster.
  • Defensive Abilities:
    • Possesses a digging bulldozer blade on the front of the vehicle controlled by the driver so the vehicle can dig itself into a position
    • Main Hull: Layers of high-chromium durasteel and heat-resistant carbonite which is effectively a box and almost entirely the uniform thickness of 80mm over the ammunition holds and engine bay. Bottom is V-Shaped to deflect blasts from mines and IED's. When in ammunition and fuel mode the cargo is placed in modular compartmentalized holds which are specific to the type of ammunition and fuel which is being carried and have pumps and automated hoists for speed's sake. Possesses a fully-capable fire-fighting system to prevent catastrophic magazine and fuel detonations, and in the event this cannot be avoided the top of the vehicle has blow-out panels that funnel the explosive force outside of the vehicle to protect the hull itself and the crew.
    • Crew Cabin is in a thin titanium shell with a thin layer of heat-resistant carbonite to protect against most man-portable weapons.
    • Post-Production Addons/Upgrade Packages: (All are currently used by the Crossroads Republic Armed Forces)
STRENGTHS
  • Modular construction and holds, making it very flexible in the field.
  • Can link together lots of cargo vehicles to form a tracked logistics "train".
  • Faster and lighter than the vehicles it supports, meaning it can make ammunition and fuel runs back forth between an advancing frontline and its logistics depots.
  • Very easy to build and repair.
  • Large cargo capacity.
  • Can go over very soft and unstable terrain.
WEAKNESSES
  • Requires trained motor pool personnel to properly keep a fleet of these vehicles running.
  • Slower than hovercrafts, and cannot traverse over water or thin ice.
  • Can be clumsy to move through an urban environment due to the long barrel.
  • Limited defensive capabilities, relies on protection from other combat vehicles.
  • Weakest armor of the T80 family.
DESCRIPTION
Built on the sturdy and proven T80 chassis and then heavily lightened and turned into moving boxes with flexible modularity for different logistics and support missions. These vehicles are the mainstay of CRAF armored logistics, and the CRAF possesses of fleet of hundreds of thousands of these rather simple vehicles. Beyond their ammo hoists and fire-fighting equipment there isn't much to them, and to an extent, they are built to be easily replaced because there is no way to economically make them very-well armored and shields are too expensive to give each vehicle. As such, it takes no specialized training to drive one or work its ammunition hoists and fuel supply systems, therefore losses to logistics personnel are also easy to replace.
