In the wind-swept plains of Uvena Prime, Tac Krig's early life was deeply interwoven with tales of the ancient Shistavanen hunters, known for their unparalleled tracking abilities and intrinsic bond with the land. This legacy, passed down through generations, held a sacred place in his community. As arden protectors of this Heritage, his parents were taken aback by their child's wanderlust and yearning for adventure. Nonetheless, they were very supportive, and as he grew into adulthood they helped him to enroll in a local spacer's academy.
Prologue
Tac found his first love among the stars as he became a natural at watchstanding within the ship's astrogation department, very quickly becoming a Deck Cadet and earning his certificate as a Third Mate aboard an out-rim merchant convoy. It was on his watch, one fateful day, that the convoy came under attack , and it was through his quick thinking, as well as his expert command of damage control that he was able to pull his unarmed bulk freighter out of the fires with no casaulties and most of their cargo still in-tact. The safety crew at Corellia took note of his team's handiwork and he very quickly earned a recommendation to one of the Alliance's officer academies. Under their tutelage, Tac sharpened his leadership skills, marrying his instinctual Shistavanen traits with the strategic expertise of the Alliance, all while earning his Alliance citizenship.
As the years went by, Tac worked and earned and fought his ways up the ranks of the GADF's Navy, until finally he was given command of a Strike Group of his own - the newly minted Commodore given the job of bringing his Tactical Acumen to bear on the enemies of the Alliance.
