  Talimus is a blur to most, and a complete loon to others, the man who spends his time experimenting on what he can find tends to be called that. Through his life he had been extradited, abused and pushed away, this all lead up to him cracking, and becoming insane. The man was a genius, and always had a plan, this was unfortunate for where he used to live.
  
  Everywhere you would see of that place was horror, each step that you could take would be something new, though now he made it a POW camp, where he has people work and experiment on those who do not. No one understands the true terror that looms in Talimus's mind, though there are thoughts that it is pure chaos.
  
  All thoughts are dismissed by the man, who had been called, Plague by the diseases he would spread just to watch people die, all he could do was laugh at the others suffering, soon many people learned what he called beautiful, whatever came out of his lab was his creation and he would treat it like a son

  Plague is a genius, every move he makes, every step seen has all been planned out in his mind, if something doesn't fall into order, it suffers, dearly.
  The man is very convincing, unless one sees through his insanity, he always brings good points to the table and can dismiss most of the negative ones.
  A man with a lot of power is the most dangerous man, and his funding comes from those who fear him.
  Precise with a scalpel, he rather not mess up his beauties.
  
  
  Plague is insane, an insane genius, yet still insane whatever he does will baffle most.
  The man cares not for life, and will sacrifice whatever and whoever he can if he needs to.
  Not much of a fighter and will lose to most in them, though tends not to involve himself in petty disputes such as those.
