The Tambor Pattern Lucrehulk Class III Battleship is a larger and more powerful variant of the previously developed Tambor Pattern Lucrehulk Class II Battleship, the successor to the Tambor Pattern Lucrehulk Class Battleship developed during the height of the New Imperial Order for Director Gat Tambor.

The Class III Battleship, boasts enhanced capabilities and firepower compared to its predecessors, making it a formidable force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. With its advanced technology, and strategic design choices, the Battleship will be a key asset in protecting Trade Federation interests across the galaxy, given the rising costs of the Core War and the overtaxation of hyperspace routes.

Yes, but there is the Trade Federation, just like in the Affiliation. And if you check this image, the TF cannot produce or own 4.000+ metres ships in Limited scale, just in Semi-Unique.
In this form, only the GA is able to produce and own these ships as Limited, the TF is not.
