- Contained energy blade: Using a Diatium power cell and magnetic fields in combination with lightsaber technology, The weapon is capable of producing a wide and flat blade of plasma along the metallic blade of the weapon, Able to cut like any other lightsaber.

The blade was initially forged by the founding members of the jjota clan during the early years of the old republic. A blood oath was sworn, casting droplets of blood from all five founding members across the blade during the forging process, And then stamped with the clan's emblem. This weapon has remained the symbol of the clan alor ever since.
During the clone wars, Many some members of clan jjota fought for the separatists, some of which were specialized assassins who would hunt jedi. During this time, The clan Alor Krix Jjota, Slew many jedi. One of the taken kyber crystals was taken, And the beskad of Clan Jjota was carefully modified to handle the energized blade of a lightsaber.
The weapon fell into obscurity with the rest of the clan over the years, And remained sealed within the armoury of Cin'Vode. Until now.
