Strengths
- Spacer Born: Taric was born to a family of merchant spacers. He grew up in variable gravity environments and learned from an early age about ships systems and traversing the stars in a merchant ship. He is most skilled in ships maintenance and engineering, and captaining ships.
- Silver Tongued: Taric has a quite eloquent speaking style when he wants to. He can adapt his style of speech to match who he is around and what he wants..
- Non Combatant: Taric doesn't have the stomach for more combat than your typical spacer bar brawl. While he can hold his own against another opponent, he has little training in the use of armor and weapons on a field of battle or in fighting his ship beyond the limited classes taught at the Susefvi Space and Interstellar Academy.
- Merchant Captain: Taric tends to move around a lot, keeping a schedule of a freighter in service makes it hard to form strong bonds outside of the crew, and as captain it is hard to maintain good ship discipline and be friends with your crew.

Taric showed up at the Susefvi Space and Interstellar Academy straight from his tour as enlisted in the Susefvi System Defense Force. He went through classes there, and went right back out into space. He is known for not going planetside often, and for being a bit of a stickler for maintaining a good schedule for shipments. The training in the Academy and in the Susefvi Defense Force is the collective amount he has ever trained in fighting a ship, as he would rather leave a fight if he can than risk his ship and crew. He has worked for various companies in shipping, starting out as an engineering officer and working his way up through ratings of the Rimward Trade League Merchant Marine to become a Captain. Once he had his Masters license, he put in to buy his own ship and began working as a freelance merchant captain.
