STRENGTHS

• Fast: The Tarja Class Star Destroyer has very powerful engines for a ship of its class, able to outrun most similar sized vessels, and even outpace small vessels in certain circumstances. This allows the vessel to act as part of the Union's Fast Reaction Force within a given sector.
• Hangar: The Tarja has several hangars located across it, allowing it to deploy numerous fighter squadrons in rapid order.

WEAKNESSES

• Hyperdrive: The Tarja is not equipped with a hyperdrive unit, limiting the vessel to operating exclusively in the star system it has been built and deployed in, and preventing it from being used in offensive operations outside Union borders.
• Firepower: Despite being classified as a Star Destroyer, the Tarja Class has only limited firepower, instead relying primarily on its fighter support and speed in combat situations against similarly or larger vessels.

DESCRIPTION
Following a number of raids by the Sith Empire all along the Mandalorian Unions borders, a new line of warships were deemed necessary to further protect the fledgling nation. As the Sith primarily focus on raiding style attacks, the Union decided to create vessels fast enough to react to any border incursion at a moments notice, without being forced to relocate their primary combat fleets from their sectors of defense. The Tarja Class Star Destroyer is designed to serve as the flagship of this new line of ships, with the speed and hangar capacity allowing the warship to react at a moments notice to enemy incursions, and bring a Star Destroyer sized vessel to combat at short notice.

This can be amended by increasing its production value to semi-unique - or some ratings can be reduced to bring it all back into balance. My suggestion here would be to change the armament rating to very low so that it matches the weakness you've written down and the armament count that you've listed. But, the choice is ultimately yours to make.
