- Strengths & Weaknesses:
[LIES] - The Words of Itash are bond by his Lie. Each of them is linked to one another and Itash through the Sith Artifact found on Eshan. This makes them less susceptible to mental manipulation. It makes them more coordinates, focused, more durable.
[LIES] - The usage of the artifact comes with a whole bag of negatives. From force-null fields to sudden gruesome deaths, there are a lot of things that could cause them to suddenly revert from a professional killing machine to confused individuals easily picked off in their moment of weakness.
[ITASH] - To get the full benefits of the bond between them Itash needs to be present to bolster the connection. Without him the Thyrsians only have a mild residual understanding between each other. They have a vague notion where each one of them is, their mental state, but nothing of the other advantages. Though they neither have the disadvantages.
[SPECIALIZED] - They are an elite force, yes, but their experience focuses on destruction. Maybe in the future they will expand their training as needed, but right now? They can kill, destroy, protect, but don't ask them to slice something. Don't ask them to man a starship and in all honesty starfighters aren't their thing either.
[NUMBERED] - They can only be in one location at a time and it takes a lot out of them, when one of theirs is extinguished.
- Description: With the advent of Didact Defense Solutions came the need for a more organized approach to operations and missions. Itash was told that simply sending his men haphazardly into battle was not conductive for a proper work environment. This seemed odd, considering the Thyrsians weren't complaining, but the realization that all the Thyrsians cared about was blood, gold and blood in that order made him see the truth. The idea behind the Words of Tash was simple: bring order into the chaos and give every member a specific purpose. Some were better at one task, others were competent at another one. They were organized into separate battle groups, each with their own specialization, ensuring proper distribution of tasks, training and equipment.
They are made up of the first Thyrsians that swore their loyalty and life to Itash Mecetti during his expedition to Eshan. It was there that he acquired an artifact they worshiped as their holy relic, it was there that he proved he was their chosen one by touching it and... not be annihilated. They are trained in the art of war- arms, vehicles, hand-to-hand. Tactics and strategy. They are best utilized in corridor-to-corridor tactics, where they can outflank their enemies and destroy them in one fell swoop. This isn't a standing army and if it goes up against one, it will lose.
The words possess rudimentary knowledge on operating vehicles from speeders to tanks, but they are not as effective as a dedicated crew and should not be treated as such. They are at their best during surprise assaults, stealth maneuvers and asymmetric combat. The effects of the artifact allows them to operate almost synchronized with one other.
Location, thoughts, intent, all of that is shared with one another, making them as efficient as possible for the Thyrsians.
