Personality
Tatiana comes off cold and indifferent. There is not a moment in her day to day life where she concerns herself with the problems of other people unless they are paying her handsomely to do as such. While conceited isn't the word needed to describe her, for she does not have an overly overrated opinion of herself, she simply does not care one way or another about other people's personal problems.
Getting paid is of course her primary objective, but she's not above rallying for a noble cause either - and sometimes even for free! While personal problems of people may not be her forte, the mass problems of many tend to affect all, and those are the sorts of problems that she gives a damn about. But aside from her morals, Tati is the type that if she does not know you, or you do not immediately strike interest for her, she has no time for you.
Tati is unashamedly blunt, has a wickedly sharp tongue, and breathes sarcasm as a second language. It's never easy to tell whether she's being taunting, or if she truly means the things she says when a situation has riled this sarcastic nature out of her. She is most certainly sassy, and by no means has plans to change this fact for anyone or anything.

Biography
There was never a time in the beginning of Tatiana's life where she had been wanted. Her mother had been a slave, and Tati was a product of misuse to the woman. This however did not keep said mother from raising the child to the best of her ability - which was not great, but sufficed. As such, Tati had needed to learn to care for herself at a very young age, as much as second generation slavery would allow. There are few things she really recalls from being young other than her mother always weeping over her, prayers that were never answered, and cleaning up in the slave pits.
The last allowed for Tati to observe said fighters in these pits, and it taught her two very valuable things; the ideal of how to pick up and learn to wield a blade, and that there was a way to escape this life in due time. She was relentless from then on, learning by whatever means necessary - sticks, scrap, whatever she could get her hands on. She had by no means been a prodigy but her effort amused her master enough that he decided with some real training, she could maybe make some credits for him. Naturally Tati had no choice but to accept, and little did her master know that it would ultimately cost him more credits than he would earn.
While she may have been no prodigy with a stick and some scrap, the now pre-teen was an impeccably fast learner with real steel in her hands. Training was no breeze, it pushed her small body to ridiculous limits, but ultimately paid off. She had spent years training, being taught how to survive so that her master could make the most bank out of her progress, and for a while she did not disappoint. But eventually Tati challenged for her freedom. Outraged, her master allowed this in hopes that the teen would be cut down and taught a lesson - he was disappointed. Tatiana won against all odds, and cost her master everything he had bet against her in that night.
With no choice but to let her go, the man vowed to make her pay. Three years he spent his coin sending mercenaries and hired assassins after her, and none could bring her down. Eventually these attacks stopped, though for whatever reason Tati is uncertain. She has not since been back to her former home, nor as she sought answers as to why she is no longer hunted. However she has used the knowledge of these hunters to her advantage. The now-woman has become a mercenary/assassin for hire herself, and while her services of such things are by no means cheap, she is efficient.
Tati now lives life comfortably, having the things she wants, when she wants them - most of the time, at least.
