Strengths
Sensor Operator - Tavi was trained to be able to operate drones and conduct reconnaissance and surveillance of potential targets and areas of interest through drones and personal equipment. He then analyzes valid and invalid targets using synthetic aperture radar, electro-optical, low-light, and infrared full-motion video imagery, and etc.
Firearms Training- As any officer, Tavi was trained to use blaster rifles and pistols as any other cop. He is no marksman, and no heavy gunner as most weapons he has operated have not been automatic. Yet, he is above the average criminal and could expect to hold his own.
Investigator - With his training as a sensor operator and cop, Tavi is very alert and aware of his surroundings. His perception is better than most at seeing clues, or figuring out irregularities in a problem. You can’t find something, call Tavi in to take a look. Odds are he might find something.
Drones - “A operator’s best friend”. Tavi has experience with operating drones remotely, and understands the workings of them inside and out. He uses them alot in the field, and he takes time to experiment on his own personal drones he gets from vendors or scrap yards.
Cyber Training - Due to his specialist training, Tavi has been trained in Information technology and Information Security. He may even be considered a minor splicer by some. He is able to help in poor to average security systems, but has little experience with it in the field.

Weaknesses
Not Used to working on the frontlines- Tavi has little to no experience in fighting face to face. He is used to being in the rear and providing support through information and overwatch. While in the think of a gunfight, expect him to lose focus and panic a bit. Maybe with more experience he will be able to overcome this.
Close Quarters Combat- Every officer is trained in close quarters combat, and melee and be expected to be proficient in this. Don’t expect much from Tavi, he may not be short or tiny. But he is no martial artist. Expect him to be overwhelmed by any decent fighter up close and personal.
Dishonored - Now to the bread and butter. Tavi was part of an op that went terribly wrong, a few months ago. On paper, Tavi failed to provide decent overwatch, and compromised it by not operating the drones properly. The assault team on the op was massacred and there was no survivors. Tavi was dishonorably discharged, though many protests about the drones being faulty. After a systems check by some other officers, the drone was determined to be in excellent condition.

Neither
Duty - This is the most dangerous aspect of Tavi, and the most influential. Tavi was a cop, and believed in justice and doing the right thing. He believed that there was an obligation to protect the innocent. He has believed this for a long time, and still does.
Former Cop- Tavi tries hard to let old habits die hard, he thinks he can move on with his life better if this happens. But he still looks upon criminals with some distaste and mistrust, no matter the reasons or situation.
Filled with Guilt- Although Tavi knows he was not the reason men died in the blown op a few months ago, he still feels guilty that he didn't notice, or catch anything. He should have noticed something was wrong with the drone. He should have know….he should have known.

Bio:
“Don’t you see it?”
Tavi’s father told him whenever he was having trouble with a problem or learning a lesson. With the same expression of a smirk on his face, and disappointment in his eyes. Those words became the mantra of Tavi’s life growing up with his dad. He had no mother, as she left them a long time ago. Tavi has no problem with that though as he forgot her entirely. At times he even forgets her name. His father though was a different story. One of the best detectives of Coruscant’s lower levels, and made sure he was treated by the respect he was deserved on the streets and in his home. He did a lot of things to his son, all of them “lessons” he said. Tavi grew up taking beatings and learning from his dad.
The best times to Tavi, where when his father would get drunk and tell stories to his son of his endeavors. Some ended up with happy endings, some ending badly. All the time the father would tell his son drunkenly what to look for, what to know, what to do as a cop. Tavi took these to heart, as this was the only times his father wasn’t mean. In those moments he wasn't Detective Riley...he was just dad. Over time Detective Riley became more docile with his age, and stopped teaching “lessons” to his son, as he didn’t have the strength to.
One day when he was on duty, he was ambushed in an alley and killed by some disgruntled gang members. They happened to pierce his armor with their weapons, and killed him in the process. Tavi went to the funeral with a lot of the cops that served with his father. As he looked at the hologram of his father’s face over the casket he whispered something. One cop near him swore he heard him say “I would have seen it”.
Tavi's dad wasn't complete trash and left him a quite a bit of money. Tavi didn't question how his father got the money, but he used it to joined a security force academy when he was of age, and had a talent with drones. He was designated a sensor operator at graduation and worked with the Coruscant Security Force for a long time. He worked for a few years till the failed op happened, and he was dishonorably discharged. Now lost in purpose, Tavi seeks to find a reason to keep going on. He was approached by an unknown individual, that has now employed him heavily. This Unknown benefactor was able to attain a set of Sensor Armor, some drones, and weapons for Tavi, along with a ship. The only price is that Tavi must do jobs for the Benefactor, no refusal. Though Tavi at times questions the jobs and orders he is given he follows through, because they have never caused harm to innocents...though very much to some criminals..
