TC-SC Infiltration Droid 8131, dubbed "Cairo", is an advanced infiltration droid. Cairo was found in a trash heap by members of the cartel, he had been constructed, but not activate for decades, and was in horrible shape. At the time, Cairo could hardly be considered a droid, but with enough work, he was put back together. From there, he was used by the cartel for their personal vendettas, along with their cruel games. Cairo served as the perfect droid, able to disguise itself as anyone, and make it out of any situation without anyone noticing.
A few years later, the cartel fell, and Cairo was deactivated. He was repaired once again, about 20 years later, where he was taken into the care of an engineer. At this point, Cairo had developed sentience, and had begun to value the company of organic beings. He helped around with the engineers family, and performed menial tasks every so often. He wasn't used for his sole purpose until about
Throughout the next few decades and centuries, he served an ordinary life, wandering and assisting, until he was taken in by the Eternal Empire, then to the Black Sun, and the Hutt Consortium. Cairo pursued bounty hunting, and doing it efficiently. Cairo became more popular within the Consortium and various crime families, and continues bounty hunting.
