Description: After hours of thought and research James Justice decided to make a bold move. He realized that many of the computer hackers spending their lives behind bars were a waste; it was a waste of their skills and a waste of government money that could be used else where. Using his superlative skills of persuasion, the silver-tongued near-human convinced several world governments to cut their budget costs by paying him a nominal fee to have them re-habilitated in an on-going program. Those who did not have the level of character James desired soon found themselves working the most menial labor of Justice Shipping and SocMin Fed. Those who showed a true desire to make something with their lives become the Tech Blitzers. As more are needed, the training is induced and more contracts are signed for criminals to be handed over to Justice Shipping and used in either capacity.
