Tech Factory Changes

Popo's volunteered to be a part of the Tech team. I moved Ashin up to Administrator with me. This leaves us with Adenn/Jacen, who I'm booting.

It's come to my attention the Tech team is our weakest point, so I say we total war it and install Popo as our new mentor for the inevitable new judges we'll be bringing in.

Popo: If you tire of Tech and wish to cross back to Starships, let us know. We've got enough bodies to cover tech and we'll be bringing you help soon.

Warning For All: Don't let the issue of people not pulling their weight go unnoticed. Let an Admin know (preferably Ashin/Libby) so we can fix the issue. While I wholeheartedly believe this new Factory Admin duo will resolve all issues without pause, if an issue reaches me and is not being worked, I will respond brutally... but with that said, do not come to me with an issue that has not been brought to Ashin/Libby first, unless it is about them.

Honestly, I can do double duty when needed and it gives me a break lol Usually, around when I get burned out on Tech, Starships gets backlogged and vice versa, so if y'all need me to bounce around at times, I'm completely okay with it.

As for mentoring... do I get a stick to beat people with? :mellow:

My fault for not being as active as I should have been the last two weeks. (Well, last week I was on a business trip, but still.) I'll try to get back into the trenches soon enough!
