The First Order posses some of the finest scientists and engineers this galaxy has to offer. Naturally, the galaxy looks upon us with fear and envy. They are jealous of our ships, our armour, our arms and our vehicles whose supremacy is nigh unmatched.
There are times when our partners in the galaxy could not hope to match what we have built so on occasion, it may be wise to permit them to share in the glory of our Imperial science if it is deemed our goals are aligned. In return, we expect our generosity to be remembered should we require anything in return.
