History
Telkos was born on Tatooine, in Mos Eisley with his uncle as his guardian. His uncle told him that his parents died in a riot, but knowing his uncle, it was probably a lie just like everything else he says. Telkos grew up around crime, filth, and abuse.
His uncle was typically neglecting of him, and when he wasn't he was using Telkos to help him in his crimes. His uncle would deal in things like smuggling and the drug trade around the area. Although his uncle was a man of scum, he was quite the good shipwright, often drafting very good plans that would never be executed. During an inspection being done on all homes in Mos Eisley by Galactic Empire troops, his ship plans were found. They were brought to the overseer of the inspections, and his uncle was eventually recruited into the Empire to help design and build ships.
Telkos, who has had to deal with harassment and abuse from the Empire his whole life in Mos Eisley, begged his uncle to not take up such a job. His uncle, desperate to finally be wealthy, denied Telkos and accepted the job. His uncle abandoned Telkos in Mos Eisley alone to go work for the Empire at the age of 14. Telkos was a relatively scrawny boy at this age and couldn't be tough in the environment he was living in. His best bet to keep living though, was to join the crime.
He took after his uncle in ship design and found himself to be quite skilled at it, but not having the resources to execute his plans. Eventually, he was able to gather enough materials to make himself a small but effective ship ready for smuggling, trade, and transportation. He continued to operate in the crime industry of Mos Eisley until he turned 18, in which he decided he would leave and explore other options in the Outer Rim.
Weapons
DL-44 Blaster Pistol
- The DL-44 heavy blaster pistol was a type of heavy blaster pistol produced by BlasTech Industries that was used during the years of the Galactic Republic and the Age of the Empire. It was considered one of the most powerful blaster pistols in the galaxy, delivering massive damage at close range; however, it overheated quickly.
Thermal Detonators
- Thermal detonators were palm-sized, spherical devices that were used as extremely deadly explosive weapons. In addition to being surprisingly powerful for their size, they could only be turned off by whoever turned them on. And they would go off only when they were activated, therefore they were very resistant and secure when carrying them. Telkos carried a belt of 6 of these.
Ship
Telkos flew a Wayfarer-class medium transport, which he dubbed "Salvation" as it was this ship that got him out of Mos Eisley. It held good cargo space, and many hidden compartments for smuggled goods and people. It was not the fastest, but it wasn't very slow either. The large cargo space is able to be configured in several ways for different goods.
