OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Based from Kalidan-Lysenia in the center Eternal Empire space, Telum Incorporated is a medium sized company operating and running in the areas of Eternal Empire influence. They mostly deal in weapons (including any extras, including new types of bullets and sights, etc) but have been known to loan out their factories to other companies who require production space. However, this is all a very recent development in Telum's history (See rationale for more).
Telum Incorporated have a contract with the Eternal Empire to produce weapons, however they have been known to break this contract and will accept outside individual contracts should they be requested. Everything that they produce on a mass production scale is limited to the Eternal Empire due to the contract signed, unless an external contract overrules this. Simply put, Telum will do anything to make money, including stabbing the Eternal Empire in the back.
RATIONALE
Originally founded as "Weapons Armament Co" by a Corellian called Jaxon Lockwood, the company used to deal in weapons that were sold to average citizens. Lucas Harvey-White was only sixteen when he started working at WA Co, and over the years he found himself growing in position. He used a mixture of charm, the force and hard work to achieve the role of Manager, then Assistant Director by the age of twenty. Jaxon continued to run the company, however found himself highly influenced by the charm of Lucas until Lucas turned twenty five years of age, when Jaxon Lockwood met an unfortunate end.
The company nearly shut down after the death of Jaxon, but Lucas managed to appoint himself as CEO (much to the dislike of many of the employees). He sold off ALL company assets which made him his millions originally before he traveled to Annaj and Bakura, building two new factories on each planet. He traveled to Endor soon after and build a testing area, however refused to tell anyone why. It was only when he arrived arrived on Kalidan and built his HQ he finally rebranded Weapon Armament Co into Telum Inc and began dealing in weapons once again.
With the lack of assets, Lucas had to rebuild ands that's why he traveled to Annaj, Bakura and Endor. He hired system managers on each and used his powers of the Force to keep them under his control. He runs most operations from his building and design building on Kalidan but does occasionally visit his factories just to see how production is going.
