The Temperance is a weapon that Raphael has created following what happened on Sedri and, as such, is his answer to the fact that he had very weak weapons. The point of the Temperance is stopping an opponent before they get to you and, as such, possesses a great deal of stopping power and can be easily used in combat. Recent changes to the weapon have made it smaller and more compact while keepig the same range and power.

- Powerful - The Temperance model of blaster rifle is a weapon that Raphael made following the Sedri fight with the point of it being a smaller rifle with a low rate of fire that hits much harder. An ionized bolt is then cycled through a magnetic length similar to a gauss rifle causing it to fire much faster and much stronger.
- Range - Due to the weapon's power and special construction, this weapon has a deceptive range and can hit from further away.
- Size - Raphael's changes to the rifle have made the rifle smaller, more compact and more portable.
- Custom - As with all of Raphael's technology, this is something that he has made for himself and specifically himself and, as such, repairs can be difficult and parts hard to find.
- Fire Rate - Due to the weapon's strength and range, his blaster rifle does have a slower rate of fire and this cannot be changed.
- Range - Temperance is a wonderful weapon from short to long range, but at personal ranges, the weapon is practically useless and Raph would need another form of combat.
