We chatted before on this one

- Corvus would only train another Jedi sadly - or would need a compelling reason to train anyone else.
[member="Tracyn"] taught me (it was my first ever training thread and only ended earlier this month) and to date I've invested twelve years of Corvus' character developing the skill to the point where Tracyn thinks I'm mediocre! At least that's what he said on Kashyyk

So I'd recommend him in a heartbeat (as I did in our PM).
But I agree with Tracyn, 12 years makes Corvus competent but in no ways a Master (especially as she needs to practice so many other skills daily). That's how I at least see the martial art. Not something you can learn in a few months. I suspect to be truly proficient, a character would need to be built with this as a core part of their generation and devote themselves to it.
So Corvus uses it as
part of her combat (as Darth Maul did for example). But when the Force was wonky, it was sure a decent skill to have to (iron) hand.
[member="Drapeam Nyx"] - thanks for the vote of confidence
[member="Silara"] - you're absolutely right - we
should test it out
