Terrorism, anyone?

I thought it would be interesting to see a group of unfavorable individuals to get together and create some mayhem. Perhaps from a faction together. Activities would consist of hold-ups, bombings, executions, and the like. Mind you, I don't condone terrorism. I just thought it would be a fun roleplay idea.
