Born on the ocean world of Pamarthe to a pair of fishermen at the tail end of the reign of the Republic, Thalia was raised like a normal child. When it became clear that she was force sensitive her parents did their best to hide her abilities for fear that the warmongering Galctic Alliance and their Jedi Generals would whisk the small child away and turn her into a force for war rather than the peace that Jedi of yore were described as in the stories. Her life was hard as a fisherman's daughter. Sailing by seven and flying her first atmospheric fighter by nine it was clear that something was different about her as her awareness and skills far exceeded those of her peers. Fearful of her rapid growth her parents begin to sequester her away from others, fearful that First Order or Sith marauders would snatch her away.
As a member of the Outer Rim Coalition though, soon the Alliance in Exile had set up a small base hidden on one of the old islands not far from the Senn household. Feeling her presence in the Force, one day a Jedi Master finally came to their door now eleven Senn was a hurricane of a child and fought her parents adamantly about keeping her sequestered away when she could be doing good for the Galaxy. Her father, a veteran of the Republic who was discharged from the Starfighter Corps after the Omni Crisis, tried to convince her of the horrors of war. Thalia wouldn't listen though and was soon packed and left their home with the Jedi Master. She floated from hidden base to hidden base for some time until a new Galactic Alliance took root. Taking a position aboard the Prosperity, Thalia's old Master gave her a final task. She lamented that during their time on the run that she could not provide proper education.
And so once again she packed her bag, jumped into a ship and made her way into the Galaxy. It didn't go well. Cycled from Master to Master, outbursts, and attacks, nobody wanted to touch the troublesome Padawan. By the end of the Sith-Imperial Civil War she was despondent and once again abandoned. After the attack by the Brotherhood of the Maw against the Jedi Temple on Coruscant Thalia was one of the Jedi lost in the commosion. With no one to turn to she fell into despair, eventually falling to the Dark Side. While not a Sith yet, she has given into her basest instincts and joined the raiders of the Maw, cutting her Padawan braid and taking on the moniker Tempest.
