"Good to meet you, Azel" He said, but before anymore introductions could be made, another force would rock the ship. Joshua would quickly grab hold of a wall to steady himself, and centered his balance quickly. "We might as well check out the elevator then" He would agree. "Lead the way. I haven't done much on this flight besides sit on my ass and nap" He joked, chuckling just a tad as he would follow the Apprentice.
When they got to the elevator, Azel had attempted to do it by force. While Joshua was physically strong enough to open one side of the door on his own easily, they didn't have time. And the bigger problem was no matter what they did, the other side of the door would likely just keep closing and couldn't keep up with the other. They'd then waste more time trying to squeeze through the gap. They needed to find a way to open them both the same time, and open them long enough for them to get through... "We don't have time to do this by hand, Azel. If someone's wounded on one of the other floors, or trouble is afoot, we don't have any time to waste" He said as he would finally stop hiding his Force presence. If Azel cared to try, he'd be able to sense it immediately. It didn't matter anymore, he'd do what he needed to do. He would step back, before holding out his hands. This was going to take quite a bit of energy... But if anyone could do it, it was the Jedi Master.
He took a deep breath, before he began to focus his energy, trying to use the telekinetic powers of the Force to swing the elevator doors open at the same time. He started to move his hands further and further apart, the doors slowly starting to open. Unfortunately, that was when Josh would realized they were jammed against something heavy... This was going to take a lot more effort then he thought. He put more into it, his teeth gritting, as the doors would slowly open bit by tiny bit. Beads of sweat began to trail down Joshua's forehead from the effort he was exerting. If Azel wished, he could attempt to help using the same technique to speed up the process.
Whether Azel helped or not, the Jedi continued trying to open the doors using telekinesis. But they just weren't moving fast enough... And they were trying to close as well, instead of staying in the same spot. The Jedi Master let out a scream, mustering up all the effort he could until finally he was able to get the doors open, with or without Azel help, and hold them for a moment before letting go.
"We have to go through, now! We only have a few seconds, they close way too fast and then they'll get jammed again!" Josh would call toward Azel as he would dash through the doors, narrowly getting past them and into the elevator before the doors would close again. Before they could, he would hold out his hands, trying to hold them open at least a little bit so they could get through at least a bit without having to go through all of that again. It was up to Azel to get them up to the floor they needed to be at.
