(WIP)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
(+) Juggernaut: A decade of carrying his Ghrakhowsk's farm harvests across miles of unwieldy terrain has made Tharn physically powerful... even for a Trandoshan.
(+) Philosopher: While certainly not studious Tharn spent his days repaying his life debt by doing physical labor which left his mind free to think. While far from intelligent at the moment Tharn has an enormous capacity to learn
(+/-) Compassion For the Weak: Tharn has an unusual soft spot for anyone he sees as weak. This is especially true for children or people he perceives as children.
(-) Isolated: Tharn has little to no knowledge of the galaxy beyond the small world he spent his life in.
(-) Burdened: Tharn has a small stasis pod physically attached to his back. It represents not only a physical burden but also an emotional one
(-) Single-Minded purpose: The Trandoshan is sometimes distracted by his life debt.
(-) Socially Awkward Trandoshan
APPEARANCE:
The green skinned Trandoshans orange eyes have a milky grey haze. He stands 6.5ft tall with broad shoulders and bulky thighs. A tattered and torn one shoulder jerkin covers his chest and runs down just below his knees. A flimsy cloak covers the Trandoshans back. Underneath the cloak and attached to the flesh of his back is the only item Tharn has in his possession: a sizeable flexsteel pod. The cylindrically shaped pod has a matte finish and is scratched and dented from exposure. Running from the pod and into the trandoshans back are numerous lines of fluid which appear to be circulating his blood through the pod.
BIOGRAPHY:
As a young boy, Tharn found himself in a life-debt to a simple farmer and his gentle wife. The couple had initially been leery of a Trandoshan teenager following them everywhere and attempted to convince Tharn that he was free, that he didn't owe them anything, he could leave them to their dull lives and return to his former life. But Tharn was a stubborn teen, who grew into an even more stubborn adult, and had followed them even more closely driven by the compulsion to fulfill his debt. Realizing that there was nothing they could do to convince Tharn to leave, the couple put him to work on their farm and eventually Tharn settled into the life of a simple farmhand, indebted to a simple farmer on a nameless world in a quiet corner of the galaxy.
Days turned to months, months to years and years into a decade. By the time Tharn was a full adult he towered over his wards, a massive hulk of sinewed muscles and green scales. He had lived as a farmer nearly half his life, carrying harvests, pulling vehicles out of the mud, fighting off rabid Gor wolves keen to consume their livestock. In the years to come, Tharn would never speak of his days with the couple but those were days of contentment even for him.
When the farmer's child was born Tharn found new purpose caring for this young "pink thing" that was so delicate and at the same time so amusing. But something was wrong. At night the child's glow did not match its parents. Tharn knew the child's life was not long for the world but couldn't bring himself to tell his wards. Then the child grew ill, gravely ill. The couple sold their life savings to pay for treatment in the nearby settlement, then their livestock, then their farm, then they sold themselves. But all their sacrifices could not buy them a cure. The settlements physicians were only able to prolong the child's life if it remained in stasis and it required continuous transfusions of blood. So they fused the child's stasis pod to Tharns back and used his blood to sustain it.
Not wishing to part from his Ghrakhowsk Tharn followed the couple into slavery. But slavery is hard on the strongest of people. First, the wife died.. then the farmer. So Tharn found himself a slave, outside of the scorekeepers gaze, his life still indebted to the child he now carried on his back.
KILLS: None ... yet
JAGANNATH POINTS: zero - Tharn forfeited his points to follow his Ghrakhowsk into slavery.
